Editorial Policy
This policy explains how DoThingTrade approaches sourcing, fact checking, updates, disclosures, and AI-assisted workflows.
Source Standards
Primary sources are preferred for factual claims, including company filings, issuer documents, exchange data, central-bank publications, government releases, and provider documentation.
Fact Checking
Factual finance content should cite its sources, identify assumptions where calculations are used, and avoid unsupported performance claims or invented quotes.
Updates and Staleness
Pages should display published and updated dates when available. Material updates should revise the updated date and, when appropriate, disclose what changed.
Conflicts, Sponsorships, and Affiliate Content
Sponsored or affiliate relationships must be disclosed clearly. Those relationships should not affect factual accuracy or hide material limitations.
AI-Assisted Content
Automation can help with drafting, summarization, or content operations, but incomplete review, missing sourcing, unresolved placeholders, or future-dated claims should block publication.

DoThingTrade publishes educational content and research tools. It does not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations tailored to an individual reader.
